Content missing: Foundations Pick, Griddy Celebration, EA Welcome pack

 Content missing, I am missing the "Foundations Pick", I got one from objective but didnt got second one immediately for log in to the game (as others got it), I am also missing the "Griddy celebration" that I got via EA FC 25 Pre season OBJ (That came with Ronaldinho in FC 25). No "EA Welcome Pack" too (3 loans and some...)

EA, Please pay attention to my case and find a solution. (I reached out to support chat but they had no clue how to solve the issue)
