Disconnection hindering rewards

I was playing the Darwin Cup in Ultimate Team mode and in the first match I got disconnected and returned to the main menu. In the main menu, I wasn't disconnected from the server; I must have only been disconnected from the match, and this caused me to lose an entry in the Cup. In the end, out of the 5 daily Cup entries that EA gives (which is absurd), I didn't get all the rewards. But look, it's frustrating to play something that depends not only on you to progress in the game; I was harmed by this disconnection and lost half the rewards. The game is becoming increasingly frustrating, and EA does nothing and doesn't respect its customers. Support told me to post the issue here on the forum, but I doubt they'll solve my problem. I'm waiting for at least a response...
