Draft Disconnects- Token Denial

Just got instant disconnected in 2nd game of a draft
Just sent me back to the menus, So i think fine i can claim it back..... no. Instant decline and no reasoning given, why does the token claim give literally no reasoning for a decline when a player is using it

especially when i absolutely should be getting  my Token back as its for exactly the purpose its there for

Its even more frustrating than not having the reclaim system at all when it declines it for no reason

literally just trading my 15k for a 75x3 because this reclaim system does not work at all

Just remove the system if its not going to work 
or better yet

FIX THE DISCONNECTS
