EA’s Anti-Cheat & TOS System Is Completely Failing Players

Honestly, EA’s anti-cheat system on PC is a disaster. It’s insane how many innocent players get banned while actual cheaters continue to roam freely on EA SPORTS FC 26 servers. The system feels automated, inaccurate, and unable to distinguish legit players from real cheaters.

The appeal process makes it even worse. Mine took over two weeks, and after all that waiting, they declined it with a generic copy-paste response—no explanation, no transparency, nothing. Now I have to wait even longer and miss out on content and rewards I paid for.

The Terms of Service team is basically unreachable. There’s no live support, no chat, no phone line, and no real person to talk to. You can’t explain your situation or provide proper proof. They only allow a couple of screenshots, which clearly isn’t enough, yet they don’t offer any way to submit full evidence. It feels like trying to defend yourself in a trial where you're not allowed to speak.

Right now, EA’s anti-cheat and appeal system punishes legit players while cheaters slip through the cracks. EA seriously needs to fix this.
