Error miss match

Why is it I'm stating games and it comes up with an error message saying error miss match data etc etc then it disconnects me from the match and then giving me a loss this is happening alot so and has been for the past week so what are you going to do about this issue? And are you going to compensate for those losses that the game is wrongly a giving players? This is so wrong to be doing this. Anyone else facing this issue? I mean EA as we know don't care all they care about is pushing out promo cards and making money they have no care for the players or game.
