FC Points Transfer Prompt Never Appeared After Moving From PC to PS5

I need help with my FC Points transfer. I own FC 26 on Steam (PC) and recently bought the PS5 version. Both platforms use the same EA account and all my FC Points on PC are unspent.

When I opened the game on PS5 for the first time, Ultimate Team created a new club automatically but the FC Points transfer pop-up never appeared.

I restarted the game and console, and checked my EA account linking on both PC and PS5. Everything is linked correctly, but the transfer prompt still will not show up.

I need the one-time FC Points migration pushed manually from my EA account to my PS5 UT club.

Here are the details:

• Platforms: Steam (PC) to PS5
• Same EA account on both
• FC Points are unspent on PC
• No transfer prompt appeared on PS5
• A new UT club was created automatically
• FC Points did not transfer

Please help me get the FC Points transferred to my PS5 club.
