Game application closes after choosing colour blind options (EA app on PC)

Hi guys, Im wondering if anyone can help me.

When i load the game up from the EA app on PC it loads up, but after i choose subtitles and colour blind, and get to the lets play page the game instantly closes down. Has anyone else had this issue? and if so could you maybe let me know if you fixed it. I have also done the repair multiple times, also uninstalled but nothing seems to fix it.
