help get my account unban

Hi,

I’m looking for advice about a permanent ban on my EA account.

During an online match, another player made repeated offensive and personal remarks toward me. I reacted in the moment and sent a message I later regretted. I understand it went against the rules, but it was not intentional and doesn’t reflect how I usually behave.

I’ve submitted several appeals and contacted support, but I keep receiving the same response that the ban is final.

I’m just trying to understand if there are any other options available, such as escalation or the possibility of a future review.

Thanks.

It sounds like you've gone through these steps to submit those appeals, which means our Terms of Service team has had multiple chances to review the situation rather than just the regular support team.

At this point however, if they've reviewed the situation multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, I'm afraid that would be final. They would typically only be able to remove penalties if they were found to have been placed on an account incorrectly. Unfortunately there are no separate channels to escalate this further as the Terms of Service team would have the final say in these matters, sorry.
