Talk to EA help live chat on the phone chat and hope that they help. Ive heard many people before say that they say they will, and then close the case and dont help at all.
i also have spent that amount of money and now lost 1.0m+ coins of value + coins and i have no idea how, they believe i was hacked but i see no trace of a hack , it seems very advanced whatever was done. If they know i have been hacked. Then i hope they can also see what i have spent, what i have lost, and give me back what i have lost. I have already changed email and passwords and many other things they suggested so im hoping this includes getting my account back to where it was.
i have no interest in playing the game and starting from zero after pre ordering the ultimate edition and spending money.
