Kill the cheating or should we refund the game?

Serious issue in every PVP game that is the cheating killing any game but I don't see a Serious action to fix it in FC26 or previous part since years such as Battlefield game. 

Pro clubs has the cheaters  in different methods!!

UT has the same !!

so what we should do with this broken game! 

plus the referee is in different world !!

Is there intentions or initiative to kill this serious issue from EA ? 

Please do urgent action.
