Solved

I was banned just packing expensive player and sold him.

I have appealed three times and received the exact same automated answer every time. I don't think they are actually looking at the details of my case. I have played this game for six years, always ...

    Hey Bloodthicker3​ sorry to hear that you are having issues.

    When it comes to how our team replies, our team uses templates to communicate the outcome of an appeal but they are not automated.

    A human member of the team reviews and investigates all appeals that they receive.

    If the team has denied your appeal, then it means that they found evidence to support the action. 

    If you think a mistake has been made, then the best thing to do is to appeal again and share as much info as possible

    As for your other concerns, selling items will not result in action taken on your account unless there is a breach of the rules. There are such things as false positives, but these are rare and if our team discovers one, they will make things right.

    That our team has denied multiple appeals would mean that they have found something that they consider a breach. What you can do is when appealing again share all the info that you shared with me here.
