Invisible Penalty Shootout in Champs

just played a champs game that went to pens and as the pens started both the penalty taker and goalkeeper were invisible the whole shootout i randomly got a save somehow after the pens went to 12-11 then as my keeper is celebrating my game crashed i messaged my opponent and the same thing happened to him also we both logged back in and got a “dnf” fix your game ea and compensate for these losses that shouldn’t be counting
