Packed card during toty promo and get gold version instead toty version.

Someone else with the same problem? Yesterday i packed claudia pina before 19 pm and i got gold version instead toty version. Support told me others players have the same issue. 
They told me that the team is working on it but they are not able to give us a time frame for the resolution.

Someone have some news?
