Playtest of PRE-alpha FC CLUB survey gift code.

Hello. 

I am a ln EA Playtester. 

I entered the last FC Club pre-alpha and completed it. 

After I got an email from EA asking for feedback about the playtest, I completed the survey (provided from a third party company called Aclhemer) and was told in it that I could choose an EA Game to be gifted a game code.

I chose the game (BF6 pc version) but never got the game code gift.

after some days waiting I contacted the EA support team that were totally unable to understand and solve the issue. They even asked me to contact my self the third party provider for EA, and ask about the issue.

after getting back to support chat, the support person told me to write in EA Foruns so a manager could read my case and provide the proper support to my case. 

it’s not the first time this kind of issue happens to me about gift codes through EA Playtest, but before I did not got to bother with it. 

I’ll be waiting for support about this matter.

    If you were promised a reward then you will need to use the support options you were provided when accessing the playtest.

    can you elaborate on that ?
    what kind of support options ?

    I believe I wasn’t given a specific playtest support contact. 

    also I’m writing here after 2 previous contacts with EA Support methods - email / chat.

    I have to admit it being frustrating trying to solve this issue. And it’s not giving me the best image from the company nor its ability to solve this kind of issues.

    I Will follow the link provided.  

    Anyway marking this as solved when it’s the 3rd form of feedback from different support chanels, and the issue obviously is not solved at all.

    I must add to this topic that i followed the link provided and there at the website of EA Playtesting, when you press to “report a problem” it directs you to the same place i have been before, the EA General support. 

    So where should i go next ? Probably nowhere, hum ?
