Where do you see the game needing to be preordered again, exactly? Have you restarted the console since and checked again?
If you can't find FC 26 by looking through your owned licenses following this guide, please check the platform order history for any indication of a problem with the preorder.

In the app Store. It says that I need to buy the game. But I pre ordered it because I want the rewards like the free icon in the New Game. I get the rewards in FC 25 but somehow it says that I didn't pre ordered it yet.
