Question about FC 26

Hello! When i am attacking there is no one in the opponent field to pass and make the good attack. In meantime the whole team of opponent is there and i lost ball quickly. I use the button to forward them on run but nothing works. On the other side when opponent is attacking me i have exactly 3 person i defending he goes trough me and scores. I use r1 i use the dribble stick to choose a player nothing helps. I tried different tactics, formations, squads it is always the same. I would be glad if someone helps me out.
