Server Disconnects & Missing Rewards (PS5) - 3 March 2026

Hi EA Support,

I am reporting major server issues occurring today (March 3, 04:30).

Weekend League: Disconnected during 4 matches while leading, resulting in 4 unfair losses.

Division Rivals: Servers were completely down during the final hours. I needed only 1 more win for my rewards but was unable to play.

Irreparable Disadvantage: Since I am playing from Belgium, I cannot purchase FC Points. I rely entirely on earned rewards to build my team. These lost wins and missing rewards have caused an irreparable disadvantage for my account that I cannot catch up on.

    We will keep an eye out for other reports and update the community should we find any issues causing disconnects. Let me know if you change your mind about troubleshooting. Thank you.

  • Thank you for your response but I strongly disagree  that this is a network issue on my end.

     

    I was in a PlayStation party during the disconnects. My voice chat never dropped, which proves my internet was stable. Only the EA servers failed.

    1. ​Division Rivals: You ignored the fact that the servers were down during the final hours. I couldn't play my last match for rewards due to your server status.
    2. ​Belgium context: Since I cannot buy points, these losses and missing rewards create an unfair disadvantage that I cannot fix.

    ​Please escalate this to a supervisor. I expect a manual review of my logs and fair compensation for these server-side errors.
