I'll record this as a video. I can summarize it this way: the developers probably wanted to replicate the excitement of international derbies by assigning additional power to the player's opposing team when rivals face off. This will challenge players, but they'll still experience the thrill of the derby. So far, so understandable and satisfying. But... the real issue is that regardless of the difficulty level (mine is world-class), the opposing team gains an overwhelming amount of power.
And as someone who's been playing FC for many years, this difference is quite noticeable.
