Was Given Steam Key, But Need EA App Key

I was given a Steam key for the Closed beta. Is there anyway to contact EA for a EA app key?

The key I was given doesn’t work on the EA App and I’m unable to redeem keys on the Steam Account linked (You also can’t change the steam account linked to your EA account)

please help, I desperately want to play the Beta
