What is this **bleep**?

Do you guys at EA actually realise how dumb and 'unfootballish' this game looks like compared to 10 years ago? Or do you simply don't care?

I mean, my first Fifa was '99, with Dennis Bergkamp on the cover, and bought it every year since then. I witnessed the rise of EA Sports, the game rooms with thousands of gamers. How EA set the standard for game developers. How Messi was called to be 'the only player in the world to be better in real life than on Fifa' (which I thought was both a compliment for Messi as for EA). 

Those days are long gone. No one is comparing with EASports these days, at least not in a good way, and each player out on those pitches is better than its EASports doppelganger (except maybe Mbappe. No idea why he is some sort of Superman in this game), simply because the game is so bad and unrealistic.

A few weeks ago, I did a search on YouTube for the gameplay of Fifa '99. I wanted to see if it was only better in my memory, but I got overwhelmed by regret and grief. That game looked so smooth, so responsive, so much fun and well balanced. In short, everything that today's game lacks. How did they get to this? They had so much potential!

Anyway, this will be my last purchase on EA products for sure. It is decided
