Why My 99 pac player outrun by Opponent’s gold player

Why my 99 pac easily outrun by gold player and takes the boll so easily plus all my player response so late that when I pass my player it straight goes to opponent player like serving in a silver plate. I believe game is so sh*t that lower division players takes the ball straight out of nowhere.
