I'm having the exact same issue on PS5, so hoping there'll be a solution soon
I have done every ounce of troubleshooting possible from DNS server change, hard reset my Xbox, gone from wired to wireless, reset router, cleared cache, everything and still says the same error message anyone got anything, narseen my 3rd ea advisor said to make a post and it’s been sent to the concerns team, £100 for a game I can’t play
