2 months passed and I still can't finish 1 game

I bought this game in september , then I couldn't play the game because it didn't launch, 1 month passed and it started launching, from then I can't finish 1 game because the game crashes in between 10-20 minutes in match.  2 MONTHS AND I DIDN'T FINISH 1 MATCH AND IN LIVE CHAT THEY TELL ME THAT IT'S A KNOWN ISSUE AND THEY ARE WOKING ON A FIX
