AGAIN, FC26 won't launch

I have downloaded my dxdiag file mutiple times a cleared cache and re-instaled the whole thing nothing works im starting to get sick of this and here is my reporters whatever ID:

 i need a solution for this as fast as possible if you can fix that im asking kindly for refunds, and i did everything EA_Barry​ told me to do with help from gpt yet nothing changes AT ALL.
