Alternative solution to delay problem

First of all, this is a solution that worked for me. I can't guarantee it, but you can try it. Set your monitor to 60Hz while the game is closed. Enable vsync on your graphics card and monitor. Then, when you enter the game, switch to windowed mode by pressing Shift+Enter. Disable borderless, 60Hz, vertical sync, and other settings in the game, then press Shift+Enter again and try again.
