An issue has occurred on our end

I’ve had Fc 26 for about a month now. Everything was working fine at first, but for the past three weeks, my game hasn’t been launching. The game I’m trying to open won’t start, and I get an error message saying, “The game cannot be opened due to an issue on our end.” I’m unable to figure out the cause of the issue preventing the game from launching.
