Anyone else not able to use the transfer market,

I bought the game in December done all the challenges and I still can't use the market I can but players but can't claim them also can't sell players, makes me not even wanna play as I can't do the weekly challenge and can't upgrade with players I want, it's been 3 months can't be a glitch if I'm the only one
