I have the same issue some time i play normally and sometimes i find issue i can't play
I think this is an optimization issue because none of the solution videos or threads I've found have worked. Also, I've had the game for 5 days and I've been researching and trying solutions every day, but I haven't had a single game without FPS issues yet. If you find a solution, please let me know.
