Automatic evo activation

Soo I was about to work on my 2nd future stars academy evo and I found one really good evo chain for a fullback (attached image for reference). I was checking for other players too (whether they'll fit in the future stars academy or nah) then, the game crashed (or kicked me out) and the evo automatically activated without me activating it. Now the chain's messed up as I can't evo the later stages. Reached for support line but they told me to wait without an ET. The only thing is that one of those evos are expiring in 4 days.

What am I supposed to do now?
