Awful Ping in FUT26 Online Modes

PC user here. I’ve tested my internet speeds and my ping too, 100 down 20 up, and ~12 ping. But in any online game mode, the ping bounces from 22ms to 30ms to 160ms. Has been like this all weekend after no issues in the week. Can’t find a single match where this doesn’t happen. I have an independent custom network mesh set up, with custom settings to prevent these things and enhance speeds and latencies, and have tested it - so I know it’s not my end. Has made FUT Champions near impossible. Anyone else?
