Ban Appeal Stuck in Waiting on Studio Status for a month

My account on PC was falsely banned in mid-January for something called balance transfer. I submitted a ban appeal and subsequent DSAR request so I could review the transfer market activity that flagged the ban and make a better case. Neither of my requests has moved an inch in over a month. 

Am I crazy for thinking this is an insanely long amount of time to receive no communication back yet? I have dumped a significant amount of money on FC points and have an active EA play subscription running. This seems like a huge slight to a customer. 

Does anyone know of any options to expedite an appeal?

    I think it would be better to create another or open a case with an advisor and ask them for an update.

    I opened another case but it was closed as a duplicate, when I specifically asked for it not to be closed as a duplicate in my message. What are my options now? It appears my original appeal is either stalled or lost in the queue...

    236508431 is the case # for my original appeal, 237467837 is for my DSAR. I know you have no part in appeals but could you escalate or reach out to someone on TOS team to see if these got lost in the shuffle?

    If you've got a case submitted, an advisor should be responding as soon as they can. Please keep eye on your email.
