banned without reason

If you want to raise a dispute for your ban you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team. They have a webform you can fill in and it'll  be added to the queue for them to look at. It might take a little bit for them to get back to you based on a number of factors (like how busy they are), but hopefully you'll get a response sooner rather than later.

EA_QueenBee​ its where i talked to him and i didnt have any response in 7 days i dont know what more i can do 

If you check your case status under My Cases, what does it say?

the status of the ticket is updated by the customer cause i sent a mail 3-4 days ago saying that i dont want to be boring but i want to know if it could be solutionated but they didnt answer me. And thanks for trying to help me in the spanish forum didnt ask nothing only says me talk to ea help :)

Ah, if you resume the case it pulls it out of the queue, and it'll take longer for them to get back to you. If you've done that a few times, that might be why you haven't seen any movement.

I'm afraid that I can only recommend that you're patient until they get back to you. There's no real way to speed it up, and if the queue is long due to volume then there isn't much we can do but wait. 

I only did it 1 time and I did it 4 days ago and before it I wait 3 days and it's frustrating that I cannot play when I've been banned for nothing that I can know if the person who I bought lamine was trading coins or something else there is not a live chat like years ago where I can talk to someone more easily?

The only way to reach out to Terms of Sevrice is through that webform. Hopefully they'll get back to you soon.
