Base Icon Buffon Bugged

I don't know if I was imagining it or not but I packed base Buffon from the Base Icon Pack SBC. When I went to go use him in champs he was woeful across the board. While I saw other keepers like Raya and Kahn constantly get their Far Reach+ activated, despite finesse shots from well outside the box Buffon let everything go in. He couldn't save anything from further than 5 paces away if his life depended on it. I am so convinced that he is bugged out to all oblivion in game and can't fathom a 91 rated, 400k+ GK being this horrible.
