FC26 Connection issues - Help

My email address has changed from my last one which I used to login, I’ve changed my email address on the website trying to log in to fix it, I can gain access to the website fine, however whenever I try login to ultimate team I get taken to the login verification screen, but no option is appearing to change my email either. So when my old email isn’t receiving these login codes, and I’ve been trying to fix it for a year & just paid another £90 for no reason clearly, it’s a bit frustrating. if anyone can shed light it would be much appreciated
