The game begins its loading process normally but fails to transition to the graphical interface, entering a state of a static black screen, followed by an automatic forced shutdown after approximately 16 seconds. This operational failure is further confirmed by the appearance of a "Repair complete" message within the EA App, indicating that the platform's system detected the launch crash and attempted an automatic self-repair, yet without successfully running the game.

please reply because i want to play this game and i love this game so please can you help me?
