Bought ultimate edition, but season pass is locked

hii purchased the ultimate edition of fc26 but the season pass is still locked in the game. it asks me to buy it again, even though it should be included with the ultimate editionplease let me know if this is a known issue or if there's a fixthanks is advance

Hey Sir_506​,
When did you buy the Ultimate Edition? The premium pass is a pre-order bonus. If you bought the game after its official launch, then the premium pass isn't included.

I have the same issue. Bought Ultimate Edition 3 weeks before the launch.&nbsp;Many users have this problem.&nbsp;please help us EA ✍🏻
