Bugs/Issues i am having with FC26 on PC

Hi Team,

Been playing via Steam/PC since about mid October and have noticed these bugs posted below. Any potential fixes or updates in the works to fix?

Menu crashes almost daily
UT season pass glitches out and doesn't portray rewards properly multiple times a day
Can select controller but when i load into a game it will randomly switch upon entry to mouse and keyboard (I cannot play MNK and is forced to quit)
Graphic quality settings and FPS settings do not save no matter what i do. I looked up fixes on the EA forums/reddit/youtube and none work for me
Team management mid game will not work multiple times in a 10-15 game setting. I am unable to change tactics or submit substitutions.
I have completed all the objectives and have played hundreds and hundreds of games on a consistent basis and still do not have full transfer market access on companion app but have full access on game.
I know this isn't a bug and every game has hackers but can you introduce a "payback" reward after you are confirmed hacked on in a game that matters as much as champs does? I load into champs and 2-3 (conservatively) times of a 15 game champs run i will be hacked on. I have 0 control of any player and am forced to quit game.
Between quitting for wrong input (mouse and keyboard) and getting hacked on - how do these quit games affect my account? I don't want these quit games to negatively impact my account and rewards.

I love the sport and enjoy the game but these bugs really are frustrating after these past few months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
