Can´t access Teams

When my son tries to log in to clubs/Teams on FC26, I get the message "Could not connect to EA servers. Check your internet connection and try again."

We have no problems with the internet connection, and it is only this account on the PS5 that has the issue.

This started after my son downloaded FC26 Companion on his mobile and created an account with the same email address. When I looked online to see what could be wrong, it said it could be a linking problem.

When I log in to my son's EA account, it only shows that there is a link, and it goes to the PS5. So, I can't find the link to the mobile game.

I have been in touch with two support agents at EA who referred me here because they couldn't help me. They say it shouldn't be a linking problem.
They asked me to remove two-step authentication and try using internet from my mobile on the PS5. Nothing has worked.

Can someone help me?
