Ok so I downloaded the free trial on x box s an I can do all the setup like choosing your club bot after I Finnish doing all that it just puts me in this screen and doesn’t move it’s been like this for over an hour

I have the exact same problem. Had the ‘Showcase’ working just fine, but as soon as I applied for the 10h trial I am stuck on this screen. Restarting FC 26, restarting the XBOX, deleting and re-installing FC 26, …: nothing works. The problem occured yesterday and today it is still the same. It’s a shame, because after the trial I was seriously considering buying the game. Can anybody from EA reach out to us with a solution?

Hi there. Try clearing out the local saves. You can find instructions for that in this article under "Free up hard drive space".
Also, if you're using an external hard drive, try installing the game to either the internal hard drive or an expansion card. Thanks!

Hello. Try following these steps for clearing the personal saved data:
- Hit the Guide button on your controller
- Highlight the FC 26 icon
- Press the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
- Choose Manage game & add ons
- Go to Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Did this, nothing changed. Still stuck after choosing favorite club (and communication preferences). Never able to reach the main menu.

Do any of you happen to have anything plugged into the USB slots? A dongle for a peripheral by chance? If so, try unplugging it and starting the game again.

Only an official Seagate Expansion Card. And I tried copying the game from the XBOX HDD to the Expansion Card as you suggested, but still not working.

Thanks. Try a factory reset of your console with the instructions here. You don't have to delete your games and apps.
