Can’t access team management mid game

Just lost a champs game due to not being able to access team management at all,  why in the f**k is this bug still in the game after weeks of the game being out? this is absolutely pathetic and I do not buy this game every year,  even still EA find a way to amaze me. Only god knows how people play this game every year with s**t like this.

Hello, while ingame , there is a bug, when i press "gestione squadra" nothing happen, menu blink for 1 second and return to the same menu. 

i have PC platform, steam and play with official ps5 controller wireless.

THAT IS NOT A NEW BUGGGGGGGGGG !!! That is a new Hack i have been experiencing the same, also the other one is that you are playing  and you get to half time and if i want to make changes to my team i cant go to team management  i push 20000000 times and dosent allow me to go in so i figure it out that the hackers disable the team management and you cant even chane your players in half time for fresh ones and well usually weekends is horrible cause is there wher eyou will find more problems in the game  for me what is happening is that im in lobby i will start the match the screen goes black for 10 minutes is new and well  you close the game and suddenly appears the DNF WARNING AND well like this i have lost matches that i havent even play in rivals or other ones . 

Mate is not a bug as i said , because in half time curiously in one of the matches i got an injured player and i push pause and well i could change my player but suddenly in the  half time and second time when i was pressing pause the hacker disable me.
