Hi EA Support,
I’m reporting an issue with Pro Clubs on EA Sports FC 26 (Xbox).
One of our players is completely unable to access Clubs. Every time they try to enter the mode, the game freezes on the loading screen and then kicks them back out with no error message.
Details of the issue:
• Platform: Xbox
• Game: EA Sports FC 26
• Mode affected: Pro Clubs
• Issue: Game freezes when entering Clubs, then exits back to menu
• No error message shown
What we’ve already tried:
• Restarted the game and console (full power cycle)
• Restarted router
• NAT Type is Open
• Disabled crossplay
• Removed the player from the club
• Rejoined / attempted to access Clubs again
• Tested other game modes (all working fine)
Despite all of this, the issue still happens every time.
Additional notes:
• The player cannot even access the Clubs menu (not a matchmaking issue)
• This suggests a possible problem with their Clubs profile or account data not loading correctly
