Can’t connect to servers

Hey sorry for the late response. So log into your ea account through whatever web browser you use. Unlink it from whatever console you’re on and just re link it 

please reply... only i am not able to connect, and many friends are playing.

Thank you for your response I ended up fixing the issue by unlinking my EA account and then linking it back 

I think what started the problem was me updating my EA password 

Hey Drama283197​ know how frustrating this can be, that your friends are not seeing any issues and I'm not seeing anything on our end,  narrows down the cause to most likely being an issue with your ISP or Network.

Which is good news, as it means that we can generally troubleshoot this easily enough.

So, with that in mind, would you mind taking a look at these troubleshooting steps 

It will take you a few minutes to go through but it should help improve your connection.
