Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if power cycling your network equipment and console will help. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
- Start everything back up and try again

It didn't work. It now is telling me that connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be retured to the Main Menu after loading for 10 minutes.

Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players. Just the squads. Then, create a new one and see if you can connect.
I can get on but now I can't play any games or complete any SBC's it just keeps loading then disconnects me from ultimate team. This has been going on the entire day.
