Can’t play Ultimate Team mode

It’s been totally headache for me . I’ve been trying to login to ultimate team since morning sometimes it’s logs in but after 2 minutes it freeze and sometimes ıt doesn’t open the ultimate team . 

ı deleted the game and downloaded again and still having the same issue. Can someone help me with that issue?
