Can’t start the game and game crashed mid-game

Hi, I have bought the ultimate edition of the game. However, when I first played it on Monday, it was still working but then it crashed halfway through the game, so all my progress got reset. That’s the first issue, next when I tried it yesterday, the game just got stuck on the loading screen and is not even loading. Kindly help me with this issue.
