Can’t log on to ultimate team

It keeps telling me you have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA servers. 

My companion app connects me fine and I can use the features there but my ps5 won’t connect.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if power cycling your network equipment and console will help. Please follow these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
    3. Start everything back up and try again

    It didn't work. It now is telling me that connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be retured to the Main Menu after loading for 10 minutes.

    Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players. Just the squads. Then, create a new one and see if you can connect.
