Cannot connect to UT PS5

Im in Sydney aus and cannot connect to UT. I continually get this message. I know quite a few people are having this issue from reddit and ra forum but no on knows why. Everyone else i know personally it is working fine for them. If I turn on on my hotspot on my phone it sometimes connects but it is very laggy then disconnects 

 I am close to asking for a refund as I bought early access abd cannot play it. My internet works fine on everything else in the house and evey other game, just not fc26. 

Someone help please. I really want to play
