CANT CLAIM EARLY ACCESS REWARDS

I have won the early access tournament in FC 26 2 times, the event status says winner, but i cant claim the rewards in objectives regarding the Win The Tournament. I need help with this as I do not want to lose the player based on a game bug, and have a chance to enter the next phase of the tournament.
