Can't connect to EA servers

Hello,

I have been trying to connect to the EA servers for 3 days and once I open the game it gives me the below message - I bought the game on steam.

I am a PC user

I tried to clear the cache for the EA app and restart the app "didn't work"
I tried to restart my router 100 times "didn't work"
I tried to use the EAAntiCheat Installer "didn't work"
Then, I decided to re-install the game - I redownloaded 57GB !!!!
and it didn't work
I already post another Discussion and the person who replied on me was not helpful tbh 

I don't think I have paid for the game and the points to be treated this way!

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if a quick power cycle of your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Shut down your PC
    3. After 2 minutes, plug in your modem/router and restart your PC
    4. Try playing again
