I Have Bought the Ultimate edition of the game, and since launch, the game was running really smooth, i Had about 22 hours of the game, but it's been two days I can't play the game no longer because ...

Figured it out !
If you open the Game, DO NOT CONNECT DIRECTLY TO EA SERVERS !!!
Press X ( A) as soon as it says that you are being connected to the ea servers, after that, wait for about 2 minutes and Reconnect to the servers, it should be Going fine, did not have any more Issues after doing that !
